Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using ConnectFLX, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use ConnectFLX for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must be at least 13 years old to use ConnectFLX. Do not use ConnectFLX if you do not agree.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify ConnectFLX of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account. ConnectFLX may reject, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

Permitted use

You may use ConnectFLX for lawful personal and authorized business purposes. You may not:

• break the law, infringe rights, impersonate others, or submit deceptive claims;
• access another person's account or nonpublic content without permission;
• interfere with security, availability, or normal operation;
• upload malware or use automated access that burdens the service;
• scrape, copy, or republish substantial parts of ConnectFLX except as law permits; or
• use the service to send spam or collect personal information improperly.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including trip notes, business details, photos, and events. You grant ConnectFLX a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve ConnectFLX. This license lasts while the content is available through the service and for reasonable backup and legal-retention periods.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Public and unlisted trips can be accessed by others and may display their contents and creator display name. Business photos and listing content are public.

Business claims and listings

Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval or ownership of a listing. ConnectFLX may request verification, approve or reject a claim, assign management access, correct content, or remove access. Approved owners and managers must keep listing details current and may only upload content they are authorized to use.

Travel and listing information

ConnectFLX is an informational planning service, not a travel agent, reservation provider, transportation service, or representative of listed businesses. Hours, events, prices, availability, accessibility, road conditions, ratings, route estimates, and other details can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Verify important details directly with the business and use appropriate judgment when traveling.

Location and map features are approximate. Do not use ConnectFLX for emergency response, safety-critical navigation, or circumstances where inaccurate information could cause harm.

Third-party services and links

ConnectFLX relies on service providers and links to external maps, websites, social profiles, reservations, and ticketing or RSVP pages. ConnectFLX does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their agreements.

ConnectFLX rights

ConnectFLX and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, design, branding, curated content, and compilations, except for content owned by users or third parties. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.

Service changes and termination

ConnectFLX may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. You may stop using the service at any time. The current application does not offer self-service account deletion; requests may be sent to the contact below. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability, will survive.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConnectFLX is provided "as is" and "as available." ConnectFLX disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some may not apply to you.

Liability and indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConnectFLX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the service.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify ConnectFLX from claims and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Changes and contact

ConnectFLX may update these terms and will revise the effective date. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to hello@connectflx.com.
